twenty-one years ain't bad


Oh well, as long as you continue to be special (and adorkable), you're still worth a post ONLY for your birthday.

Wait a minute. How did you come across as this special again?

Oh yeah. Because you've portrayed James Wilson, M.D., the oncologist and House's best friend. But I think other than THAT fact, it's your background as a Broadway actor that made me respect you even more.

(Why am I talking to you as if you're actually reading my blog? XD)

Anyway, you know how much I love stage actors. Believe it or not, some of my favorite people in the show business either started as a theater actor or do stage-acting as their sideline. Cases in point: Hugh Laurie, David Tennant, James Roday and now, Clay Aiken (I want to watch Spamalot, srsly. T_T). And although Whose Line actors aren't bigtime stage/theater actors per se (or serious one at that), they all started as Improv theater comedians, so that one counts. Besides, improv is live after all.

I can't pinpoint exactly why, but if I were to figure out anyway, I think it's because only a natural actor can act live without a fuss. Probably that way, I can really see how great he is at conveying emotions without any camera tricks and whatnot, and I'd really love to see someone act at a live stage. (Sorry, I really can't explain it, can I?)

Enough of theater and its greatness; I think what makes this day even more special is that I really wanted to write a House/Wilson friendship fic, perhaps in celebration of his birthday. REALLY. Wait... aren't I already doing that?! XD

Oops. It slipped out of my tongue. Haha. Kidding aside, I really have started writing that dream fic, and I can't somehow manage to write it as a one-shot. Can someone help me with that? ^__^
Finally, I'll greet you now, since you're special and all. Haha.
