bringing it back somehow~

Warning: This is the first time I will talk about this fandom in this blog, and I had actually sworn to myself that I wouldn't, if not for the incessant need to talk endlessly about something. I know; excuses, excuses, but isn't it time to talk about them anyway? This is my blog after all, and I do talk about every single one of my fandoms here.

Here goes! :D

So when I was watching the press con of Inocchi's marriage to Asaka and then the behind-the-scenes and special tribute that Gakkou e Ikou! MAX had put together for Inocchi, I cried buckets. FUCKING BUCKETS. Well, not literally, but you know.

And I think because I'm a mess of a sobbing, proud, touched, etc. etc. fan now afterwards, I feel like there's no other way to express the feels I have right now that to, well, type everything in bullet form since either way it'll be a clobbered mess of feelings and thoughts.

1) It's one of my favorite videos to watch now, seriously. I didn't think I'd feel that way at first, but when I finally mustered up the courage to watch it, I felt like how a fan should feel when you see your idol get married - know that he did this for the right reasons, that he considered everybody's (including his own and his ladylove's) feelings before deciding to do this, and that he's happy and in love. When fans feel that the idol is sincere, they feel sincerely happy for him, too.

2) Everything about Inocchi's press con is carefully planned, and I do adore that it's a proper press conference where he's ready to answer everything from the moment they met, the moment they started dating, until the moment he proposed, and while not many celebrities are as open as Inocchi, it should be noted that he never needed to do this. It was never his duty to reveal his private life, but he chose to, because he knew everyone would be happier that way. He even gave the press people a souvenir from Kyoto and handwritten letters. I repeat: THEY DIDN'T HAVE TO DO THAT.

3) Go's message particularly struck me the most. He said "Please listen to your wife" or something like that, and this makes me love V6 more as a group (and Go more as a man, but I'll get to that) because despite their constant trolling (as we call in the fandom) and bullying and lack of expressing feelings overtly, Go is really happy for Inocchi. And Go, my god, you are a fine man, you. He has definitely matured and knows what he's talking about. I love that about him. (LOL, this turned out to be not about Inocchi but~)

4) AND OMG HIS ANNOUNCEMENT TO HIS FANS. HOLY SHIT. He cried a lot during it, and a lot of fans where crying too (and this is probably where I cried buckets as well lol), but he emphasized that it's fans who should know first - due to the insistence of the other members too - and fans actually thanked him for it. I'm like, god, this set of fans (V6 fans, I mean) are really, really nice. I had a feeling they knew that he'd been dating somewhere because when he announced it, people were like "OMG" but not "WHAAATTT NOOOO". And they're pretty much anticipating it, I think.

5) And the way V5 reacted, my god. XD I think at one point Sakamoto and Nagano were about to cry as well, but when Inocchi burst into tears for the second time, Kamisen were laughing their tiny asses off and Sakamoto removed his scarf and Nagano gave it to Inocchi so he'd wipe his tears. It shows what kind of relationship they have, and it does prove my theory that Kamisen are Inocchi's little bratty brothers and SakaNaga are also his parents (and not only Kamisen's LOL). Ah, group love~

6) Going back to the press con~ so also, I've learned that they're probably the first couple to hold a press con together, which prompted the press people to ask if this could mean a change in the way Johnny's hold their press conferences. Inocchi answered that he didn't know what the management would do, indicating that he did this on his own and he's proud of his wife-to-be! Ain't that sweet. (Okay, I might start crying again.)

7) The way that Inocchi finally introduces Asaka to his members, I mean, it's so very formal but you can see that they all love her already. OMG, it just came to me - it's like the eldest son brought her future wife to his family. Socute. XD And! Okada saying that it's probably the wife that's taking the initiative. HAHA.

8) During that scene also, it happened right after the press con, and I saw that V5 were holding similar small red paper bags, one for each. It means they were probably at the press con too, and oh gosh, that's the most proper way to do it. I just. Inocchi, you did everything so properly that I just, cry.

9) Inocchi and Asaka also talked about kids and living together and Asaka cooking for Inocchi and Inocchi cleaning up the kitchen tools that Asaka used and askfljhaldsdjalkfjdsla. /incoherence BEST COUPLE EVER.

10) This sounds a little shallow but the fact that the entire fandom pretty much adores Asaka is why she is so likable to me too. I mean, she doesn't need other people's approval to be likable to me per se, but knowing that fans like her makes me feel like Inocchi's done good. Done well, actually. Ugh, adore them.

That's probably it? Hopefully, because I don't want to gush any more than I already have, afraid that I might pour tears onto my keyboard. These are good feels anyway, which I haven't had for a while.

Have I mentioned that I ~~hate~~ love Inocchi? Good.

For those who don't know, I'm talking about Inohara Yoshihiko, a member for the six-member Johnny's group, V6. The press con was held in September 28, 2007, which makes the video I watched old, but still very well regarded as an important event in every V6 fan's life.

EDIT: Forgot to explain further. I've liked V6 ever since I knew them (i.e. same as the time I knew Arashi) but I've only been a full-fledged fan in September 2012. If only I'd embraced them way back in 2010, ugh, well. I'm fine with it, as long as I know of the love~

Important also to note: Inocchi isn't a favorite, only because all six members have a special place in my heart. I do often say, "I HATE YOU INOCCHI", though, so I think that says a lot.
